SOLVANG SPRINT/OLYMPIC DISTANCE CAMP 2010 - REGISTRATION FORM
April 20-25, 2010

Welcome to the Sprint/Olympic Distance Camp, 2010! Please fill out the camp registration form, checking boxes where necessary and then submit the form below. Make sure you indicate whether you'll be paying your camp fee by mailing a check, or requesting to pay by Paypal. If you choose to pay by paypal, you will receive an invoice directly to your email address from our Paypal account within 48 hours of submitting this form. Please wait for confirmation of your registration before making travel arrangements and booking your accommodation. We will confirm your registration once we have received both your registration form and camp payment. Once we have confirmed your place at the camp, please call the Meadowlark Inn (1-805-688-4631) to reserve your accommodation stating that you are with Sprint/Olympic Distance Camp 2010.

Camp Cycling Jersey: Please choose either a Mens or Womens jersey. Note these jerseys are from Champion Systems and are a tight fitting, Euro race cut jersey. (From our experience last year with using these jerseys, it is best that if ordering the mens jersey that you order one size up).

Please note that paying your camp fee deposit ($100 USD - non-refundable) secures your place at the camp. There is a $5 administration fee when paying your camp deposit by Paypal and a $20 administration fee when paying your balance or the full amount by Paypal.)

Airport Shuttles:
Airport shuttles from and back to Santa Barbara Airport are $30 round trip. These can be paid for with your camp payment, or by April 12, 2010. Before booking your flight, please check the available shuttle times.
Payment Policy:
I understand that my deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Full payment is due by March 9, 2010 otherwise my place at the camp will be relinquished.
Solvang Sprint/Olympic Distance Camp 2010 Cancellation Policy:
The total camp fee minus $100 is refundable for withdrawals up until March 9, 2010. For withdrawals after March 9, 2010 but on or before April 6, 2010 50% of your full camp fee payment is refundable. For withdrawals on or after April 6, 2010 only 25% of your full camp fee payment is refundable.
If we (Solvang Triathlon Camps / Solvang Cycling Camps) have to cancel a camp for any reason, we will refund you the full amount of your camp fee including your deposit, within 30 days of the cancellation of the camp. We cannot however be responsible for expenses incurred with airline tickets or any travel arrangements.
