WOMEN'S CYCLING CAMP 2010 - REGISTRATION FORM
May 6-9, 2010

Welcome to Solvang Cycling Camp's Women's Camp May 2010! Please fill out the camp registration form, checking boxes where necessary and then submit the form below. Make sure you indicate whether you'll be paying your camp fee by mailing a check, or requesting to pay by Paypal. Any questions please call our Camp Director, Charlie Woodcock at 303-669-6958.
Please wait for confirmation of your registration before making travel arrangements and booking your accommodation. We will confirm your registration once we have received both your registration form and camp payment. Once we have confirmed your place at the camp, please call the Meadowlark Inn to reserve your accommodation stating that you are with Solvang Cycling Camp's Women's Camp. Please note that paying your camp fee ($655 USD) secures your place at the camp. There is a $10 administration fee when paying your camp balance by Paypal.

Airport Shuttles:
Airport shuttles from and back to Santa Barbara Airport are $30 round trip. These can be paid for with your camp payment, or by April 15, 2010. Before booking your flight, please check the available shuttle times.
Payment Policy:
I understand that my deposit of $100 is non-refundable. Full payment is due by April 8, 2010 otherwise my place at the camp will be relinquished.
Women's Camp Cancellation Policy:
The total camp fee minus $100 is refundable for withdrawals up until March 25, 2010. For withdrawals after March 25, 2010 but before April 15, 2010 50% of your full camp fee payment is refundable. For withdrawals on or after April 15, 2010 only 25% of your full camp fee payment is refundable.
If we (Solvang Triathlon Camps / Solvang Cycling Camps) have to cancel a camp for any reason, we will refund you the full amount of your camp fee including your deposit, within 30 days of the cancellation of the camp. We cannot however be responsible for expenses incurred with airline tickets or any travel arrangements.
